POLICES & CONDITIONS
BOOKING
To make a reservation, the following conditions are required. The passenger data must be received in advance of your arrival in Nicky Amazon Lodge in order to confirm your reservation we need a Personal Data Form with your full names, passport number, nationality, any special diet required if you need, any allergy or any important medication info that we have to know and your specific interests.
PAYMENTS
- All prices are in US dollars. Prices could be modified with a previous notice in advance depending on economical situations. Prices do not include: Communities fees, personal expenses, tips, airports tax, any kind of travel insurances or any other additional expenses not specified in the program.
- Price and service are according to previous arrangements. Not refundable if the passenger does not arrive on specified dates and times.
- In order to confirm the reservation, the clients´ full names and passport numbers are needed.
- To proceed with the confirmation of your booking, a minimum payment of 50% of the tour’s total amount is required. In that way the requested services can be guaranteed and how a reservation can be given first-priority status.
- Once we receive the deposit, we will send you the voucher of services for the tour.
- This confirmation will serve as a legally binding contract for the services requested as per the agreed tour itinerary and details.
- The balance due must be paid maximum 3 days before the date departure tour otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
- If the applicant registers for several travelers, he is responsible for all of their contractual obligations as if his own. With the conclusion of the contract the customer agrees to the storage of his/her personal data for use by Nicky Amazon Lodge to facilitate the tour and its itinerary only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For individual passengers: (1 to 5 persons)
- If the passenger cancels the tour one month before the tour, 20% of administrative and operational expenses will be charged.
- If the passenger cancels the tour from 8 days to 15 days before the tour date, up to 50% will be reimbursed.
- If the passenger cancels the tour from 3 days to 7 days before the tour date, has a Penalty of 75%. about the value of the Tour.
- If the passenger cancels the tour within 48 hours of the tour date, there is no refund.
- NO SHOW if the passenger does not show up on the date and time indicated – NO REFUND.
For organized groups: (6 to more persons)
- If the group cancels one month before the tour date, 20% will be discounted for administrative and operational expenses.
- If the group cancels 6 to 15 days before the tour date, 50% will be discounted.
- If the group cancels within 5 days before the tour date, there is NO REFUND.
- If the passenger does not arrive at the place and time indicated to start the tour, it is considered a NO SHOW, which means that there is NO REFUND.
– The customer must contact one of our travel agents o representatives directly by e-mail, or via WhatsApp requesting cancellation of the requested tour.
– The customer has the option to change the date of the tour, but it must be notified with 3 days in advance of the original date tour by email and according to the availability of Nicky Amazon lodge
– If for reasons of force majeure the passenger must make a change in the date of travel, it is important to first check availability and this change must be made within 48 HOURS OF THE DATE OF THE TOUR.
– The cost for a change of date, if possible, has a surcharge of USD 50 per passenger, before 48 hours of the tour date.
– All cancellations and changes of travel dates must be sent to our e-mail [email protected], to confirm that the change of date or cancellation has been confirmed by us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Dracaena Co. as the owner company of Nicky Amazon Lodge reserves the right to modify or cancel any program within a tour when it is considered necessary for the benefit of the client and is agreed that no refunds will be given in such circumstances.
Dracaena Co. and its affiliates (owners, employees, partners) act only as intermediary agents in matters of public or tourist land transportation, hotels, flights, travel services and shall not be liable for any injury, damage, delay mishap, inconvenience, accidents or irregularity of any kind whatsoever, resulting entirely or in part for the default of any company or individual engaged in providing other arranged services not specified in our tour.
Dracaena, assumes no responsibilities for loss or damage to baggage or personal property before and after our tour.
On departure upon the travel, the passenger voluntary assumes all risks involved with such travel, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them just in case.
Dracaena reserves the right to accept or refuse any person as a participant in a tour who might compromise the comfort or safety of other participants.
