Cuyabeno is one of the largest Fauna Production Reserves that we have in our we have in our Amazonia. It is located in the northeast of the country, crossed by the equator and protects equatorial line and protects approximately 590,112 hectares of tropical rainforest.

Explore one of the most biodiverse regions in the world, the Amazon tropical rainforest of the Amazon. Take part in the the eastern foothills of the Andes, also known as the Ecuadorian as the Ecuadorian Oriente, the same one that advances through the the entire Amazon River basin. It represents 2% of the Amazon rainforest.

What is the best option for you?

Turistic Transport / Shuttle

The day before, the bus leaves Quito at Hostal Blue House (Mariscal) at 23h00 or Secret Garden 23:30 to the Cuyabeno Bridge. On the way back, the bus leaves the Cuyabeno Bridge at 11:30 a.m. and arrives in Quito at 21:00 p.m. Cost U$D 30 each way.

Public Transport

There are different transportation companies, the Putumayo Company offers a bus that leaves at 21h30 and goes to the Cuyabeno Bridge and the ticket costs U$D 17 each way approx.

Plane

At this time we have special departures or groups, there are flights from Quito to Coca 09h30 - 10h10, one way ticket $ 120 each way approx. We can arrange a transfer to the Cuyabeno bridge and additional canoe and guide to connect our operation.

Private Transport

If you wish to travel with your own transportation it is recommended to leave Quito at 01h00 am the trip lasts approximately 7 ½ hours and the vehicle can be left in the parking lot of the Ministry of Environment. The fastest route is the Reventador route. The Coca route takes 10 hours.
