In the City of Quito and has an estimated time of 8 hours, to get to the Cuyabeno Bridge, we arrive at 10h30 – 11h00a.m, after checking at the guardianship of the Cuyabeno Bridge, we will navigate down the Cuyabeno river for 2 hours and thirty minutes until we reach our Nicky Amazon Lodge, on the way our guide will be looking for different species of monkeys and birds. Arrival at the lodge. Lunch. You will have time to rest until 4:30 p.m., and then get on our paddling canoes and enjoy the surroundings, back to the lodge and then before dinner we go on a night walk to observe different species of spiders, insects, amphibians and others. Dinner and our guide will share the program for the next day.

Note 1: At the moment there is no flight operation from Quito to Lago Agrio.

We will go out with our paddling canoes and enjoy the Amazonian landscape and we will observe different species of monkeys and birds, we return to the lodge for our breakfast 08h00a.m, after breakfast at 10h00a.m., we will go on a walk to learn about the plants and trees of the rainforest and learn about practical and medicinal uses, we return to the lodge for our lunch. In the afternoon, we will go to the monkey island with our paddling canoes to go around only by paddling to enjoy the place and to try to look for different species of animals until we arrive to our lodge.

In the afternoon you will navigate by motor canoe along the Cuyabeno River to the Laguna Grande where you can observe the pink dolphins and where you can be swimming while enjoying a spectacular Amazonian sunset. At night you will continue your adventure along the river in search of nocturnal animals especially caimans.

We will go out by paddling canoes down the Cuyabeno River to reach the local Siona community and to learn about the culture and traditions of the local people and to enjoy learning and taking part into the preparation of the Casave / Yuca bread and after that we will taste the casave

In the afternoon you will navigate by motor canoe along the Cuyabeno River to the Laguna Grande taking with us our paddling canoes and then we will enjoy around the laguna grande where you can observe the pink dolphins and where you can be swimming while enjoying a spectacular Amazonian sunset. At night you will continue your adventure along the river in search of nocturnal animals especially caimans.
